LIST OF AGREEMENT:
MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

1. Owner certifies that he/she is registering a legit American bully, either Exo or Bully.
2. For LT registrations: The stud owner and/or female owner should sign this agreement to make sure that they agree that the female bully is a legit American Bully.
2.1. For LT registrations: Breeder should talk to the shooter to sign this agreement to make sure that the owner of the sire and owner of the dam agrees that the Dam is a Legit American Bully either Exo or Bully.
2.2. For LT registrations: Once proven that crossbreeding was done, the breeder/stud owner/shooter will be reprimanded by law.
3. For Single Registration: must be 6 months and above of age together with a copy of photo or video of the dog.
4. If the bully that was registered to PABR was later found out that it was a cross breed, then the buyer complains on legitimacy of the bully, the breeder/seller will be punished by law.
5. If the breeder and the buyer get into settlement, PABR still has the right to pursue the case against the breeder.
6. If the buyer complains and proves that he complains for personal purposes, the buyer will be punished by law.
7. Above mentioned agreement will be notarized and someone who will not follow will be punished.
